Money Doesn’t Buy Happiness

Happiness, not gold or prestige, is the ultimate currency.”

Tal Ben-Shahar

We all know that money doesn’t lead to happiness. It’s well known that money can’t buy happiness.

So, why do we lust after large houses and flashy cars and more and more superfluous stuff?

And, then we just want more, as if more will magically make us happy and content.

Why can’t we just be content?

Do the super rich seem content with 19 luxury cars, 2 yachts and 7 mansions around the world?

No.

Contentment comes from having enough. Enough: not too little and not too much.

Final Thought: It’s more important to be happy, than to be rich.
